A Chicago native, Nallely takes great pride in being homegrown. She is the first in her family to attend college and received her MBA while building her career. Her practice and expertise range from leading sales teams, driving the strategy for international companies, and coaching current and future leaders.

She has worked as a mentor and leader with politicians, CEOs, and emerging leaders. She also creates team-building and goal-based workshops to help build cohesive teams and unite people.

As a keynote speaker, she has been invited to speak as an industry expert, a mom, and a Latina in the corporate world. She has received accolades for her leadership within sales and has spoken at industry events. Her greatest reward is seeing those with whom she partners to reach their goals and feel fulfilled and satisfied.

Being a proud Latina shaped Nallely throughout her career; it allowed her to advocate for her community and create partnerships with major consumer goods companies. This also shaped her approach to sales by understanding the community's needs and being able to deliver against those needs. Nallely’s professional experience has been continuous exploration, resilience, and determination. She spends time with her husband and two boys who love playing fútbol and watching superhero movies when she's not coaching.

Reina’s professional journey spans business operations, sales and client enablement, team development, and strategic execution. She’s been the go-to person for fixing broken workflows, creating order from chaos, and turning ideas into scalable solutions. Her superpower? Today, as a Client Strategy Consultant, Reina works with clients to identify their strengths, map out growth opportunities, and co-create tools that unlock their next level. She designs powerful workshop decks, writes strategic proposals, and builds full websites from scratch—all while anchoring every effort in clarity, collaboration, and care. Her calm problem-solving style and genuine curiosity make her a trusted partner, not just a practitioner.

Outside of work, Reina is a proud wife and mother of two adult children—one pursuing college and the other holding a master’s degree. For fun, Reina explores her creative side as a background actor in Chicagoland television productions—proving that growth doesn’t stop, even when the cameras roll.
